Order Info + Shipping


Please allow all purchased orders to be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm CST on Fridays, weekend days, and all U.S. Holidays will be processed the next following business day. You will receive a separate email confirmation once your order has shipped with a tracking number.


All orders are shipped via UPS Ground during business days only (Monday-Friday by 1pm CST).

Expedited shipping is available upon request or at check-out.

We sincerely apologize as we can not accept orders to be shipped Internationally, to a PO Box, or military addresses at this time.

Return Policy:

Online orders ONLY are eligible for a full refund if items are returned within 14 days from the day of purchase in it's unworn/unwashed condition with its original tags. Must be accompanied with an original receipt or online invoice that was provided with your package as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges passed the 14 day return policy. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange.

Certain in-store merchandise purchases are FINAL SALE which includes sale items, jewelry, vintage merchandise, apothecary, home, shoes, and discounted items.

Eligibility for a return/exchange must be returned in its original purchase state (unworn + unwashed, in same condition as you received it, and with original tags/packaging)

Gift returns are eligible for merchandise credit or exchange only with a valid gift receipt. Without a gift receipt, an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling value may be issued. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange.
